The Valley Anterselva in Summer

In summer the Valley of Anterselva, framed by high mountains and glaciers, is the ideal holiday area for hiking. The choice ranges from easy strolls and hikes to managed, rustic huts up to demanding tours to mountaintop refuge huts. In the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Reserve, escorted hikes are offered with a certified mountain guide.

The fashionable sport of nordic walking has also caught on in the Valley of Anterselva, which provides the ideal conditions for it. Qualified nordic walking instructors will introduce you to this sport and undertake extensive tours with you in the pristine natural world of the Valley of Anterselva. For mountain bikers, there are many tours around the Valley of Anterselva. In addition, Anterselva has more than two tennis courts, a volleyball court, as well as numerous jogging tracks. The children can let off steam in the available playgrounds.

Particularly recommended for big and small is a hike along the adventure trail around the Lake Anterselva, which brings the visitor closer to the animal, plant and mountain world of the Valley of Anterselva. There are also guided hikes where you can learn about the healing powers of familiar types of herbs.
